Do you know your ABC's? The healthy vitamin packed benefits of taking in your various fruits are as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Banana

By peeling this tasty snack, you are helping yourself to your daily intake of probiotic nutrients. This means that you are feeding the good bacteria that live in your digestive system. Contains vitamins A, B and C and is loaded with heart-protecting potassium!

Apples

If you like a clean lifestyle, you might want to increase your apple intake by 2 per day! Packed with B and C vitamins that help to clean the skin (good-bye acne) and also help with constipation too (equals 20% fibre per apple as part of your RDA). Apples are also known to control cholesterol and help reduce the risk of heart disease.
